The program combines online and onsite modules to provide leading-edge knowledge and the management skills required to lead a successful global supply chain operation in an international, culturally diverse context.</p><h3 id="programFeatures">Program Features</h3><ul>  <li>Based on three key realities: globalization, cross-cultural and interdisciplinary experience, and collaboration and trust.</li>  <li>Prepares a new generation of professionals to make decisions and implement successful business models for global operations.</li>  <li>An international framework that provides a global outlook on the future of the sector.</li>  <li>Builds on best global practices during onsite periods in Madrid and Shanghai. </li>  <li>A methodology that focuses on the discussion of real business cases and analysis of specialized issues.</li></ul><h3 id="aimedAt">Aimed at</h3><p>The Executive Master in Global Supply Chains is aimed at graduates with work experience who wish to develop key skills for global enterprises, or who are currently working in other areas and seek a career change. It is also designed for participants who are unable or unwilling to leave their place of residence and work for extended periods of time.</p><h3 id="structure">Structure</h3><ul><li><strong>Onsite Period</strong>Work on concepts and skills that require face-to-face contact with professors and fellow students. The onsite periods run for two weeks each, and are held in Madrid and Shanghai.</li><li><strong>Online Period</strong>The virtual campus is the fundamental point of reference for online activities, and servrves as a communication platform for group work and for the online sessions hosted by professors. Students participate in online forums enabled by easy access to the comments, opinions and experiences of professors and fellow students. These online forums are active 24 hours a day, allowing for time management and facilitating active participation. </lI></ul><h3 id="onlineExperience"> The Online Experience</h3><p>The online format enables students from anywhere in the world and with any work schedule or traveling requirements to attend the Executive Master in Global Supply Chains.
